Year Of Project: Time-Bound
If I tell you I will write today’s post in 100 words or less, I will have caught your attention. Drone on and I lose you. That’s because most of are willing to give our attention for some designated period of time.
The same is true of SMART goals. They should be time-bound, in addition to specific, measurable, achievable, and relevant.
Left open ended, we run the risk of interests waning or energy petering out.
Me? I will review my SMART goal in 90 days and reassess from there.
How about you?
(Done. And with these eight words to spare).

First of all ~ Claudia, best wishes for safe travels. I bet you CAN meditate on the plane, in the waiting area, in the elevator before your next session, I hope we'll hear from you between parties and moving boxes! OMG!!!
Secondly, for Time-bound and my Year of SELF, I am a student at heart ♥, I love to LEARN.... if interested and no joke (no proof either) but today on my blog I will post my journal note page that started my wheels turning. I review this almost daily because this note book could be like some of you with your day planners.... I refer to it for Pinterest quotes, story ideas, art inspiration, things I want to do... so my TIME to work on mySELF is daily.

Okay! I like the Time Bound portion of SMART.
I will review where I am at in making my lists of 10, exposing myself to others poetry, and how many poems I have written on April 30th.
