i cannot do every one of those but i can do several of them this week :-)
I try to remember that every act of kindness I do I do for others but ultimately it is me that is rewarded because, in the end, we are all one....

It's amazing how many opportunities there are in a day to pass kindness along - if you are looking, that is.
So far today I have intentionally paid compliments, let someone go ahead of me in line, done someone a favor, and decided not to respond negatively to a stranger who unnecessarily honked her horn at me.
I might add... I have been the recipient of some of those very same things.
