About House of Shine

The Ladies of Shine: Heather, Claudia and Cheryl

The House of Shine is a high-energy gathering place for anyone committed to being their best and to bringing out the best in others. People who shine share common characteristics, so we make it our business to teach, promote, and celebrate the ten principles we consider most essential:

  • Be Present
  • Create
  • Use Your Strengths
  • Keep Perspective
  • Realize the Impact of Little things
  • Bring Out the Best in Others
  • Reject Mediocrity
  • Be Relentlessly Passionate
  • Be Accountable
  • Spread Shine

We are starting a Shine Rayvolution. Our intention is to make the world a brighter place by harnessing peoples’ unlimited energy. We strive to assist others in discovering their unique combination of talents. Additionally, we call readers to action. We encourage and motivate you to share your talents the world.

Rayvolution Headquarters is located in Grapevine, Texas, and is directed by Ray Wattson, our fearless light bulb, known for his attitude and cowboy boots. Working for him is Claudia K. Beeny, a consultant with three boys and an impractical collection of oversized props. Claudia lives by the motto, “Think Big.” Cheryl O’Pry is a nine-to-five working mother of two boys, with a life long dream of being a full time artist. She can often be heard chanting her motto, “Deep breaths, happy thoughts.” Rounding out our group is Heather Snow, proud mother of two children. When Heather isn’t chasing kids around, she works on a college campus shaping the minds of tomorrow’s leaders. Heather’s motto is “Hakunamatata.”
